職責與要求：

   擁有城市規劃、城市設計相關碩士學歷，畢業于國內重點院?；驀H知名高校；
   應屆生或具備1–3年國內甲級設計院或國際規劃機構項目經驗者優先，持有初級職稱或相關專業資格者加分；
   具備基礎的城市設計、規劃編制能力，能配合項目經理完成規劃方案繪制、研究分析、文本撰寫與匯報資料準備；
   對城市發展與規劃轉型趨勢敏感，關注可持續、數字化、人本尺度等議題；
   具備中英文流利的溝通表達能力，能勝任中英雙語報告或項目交流；
   熟悉基本設計與表達軟件：AutoCAD、PPT、Photoshop、InDesign等，掌握Rhino、SketchUp、GIS、Illustrator等工具, 有日照、氣候模擬、環境影響分析等技術集成能力者優先；
   有較強的主動性、責任感、團隊協作能力，能適應項目工作節奏與適度差旅安排。

Assistant Urban Planner / Urban Planner

Qualifications & Requirements:

   Master’s degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design from a top domestic university or a well-regarded international institution.
   Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with 1–3 years of experience in national Class-A planning institutes or international planning firms are preferred. Possession of junior professional titles or relevant certifications is a plus.
   Solid foundational skills in urban design and planning, with the ability to support project managers in tasks such as drawing preparation, research and analysis, report writing, and presentation material development.
   Strong awareness of urban development and transformation trends, with interest in topics such as sustainability, digital tools, and human-centric design.
   Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; capable of participating in bilingual reporting and project communication.
   Proficient in core design and presentation software such as AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and InDesign; skilled in tools like Rhino, SketchUp, GIS, and Illustrator. Experience with integrated technical applications such as sunlight analysis, climate simulation, and environmental impact analysis is an advantage.
   Demonstrates high initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project schedules and occasional travel.
