原材料需求計劃?(Material Requirements Planning - MRP)
l??基于銷售預測、生產主計劃和物料清單(BOM),利用MRP系統計算和發布原材料、零部件及包裝材料的凈需求。
Calculate and release net requirements for raw materials, components, and packaging materials based on sales forecasts, master production schedules (MPS), and Bills of Materials (BOM) using MRP systems.
l??監控原材料庫存水平,識別短缺、過?;虼魷L險,并采取預防/糾正措施。
Monitor raw material inventory levels, identify risks of shortages, excess, or obsolescence, and take preventive/corrective actions.
l??向采購部門下達采購申請(PR)或采購訂單(PO),確保物料按時、按量、按質到位。
Generate Purchase Requisitions (PR) or Purchase Orders (PO) for the Procurement team to ensure materials are available on time, in quantity, and to specification.
l??跟蹤采購訂單狀態,與供應商和采購部門緊密溝通,解決物料供應問題(如延遲、質量問題)。
Track purchase order status, communicate closely with suppliers and the Procurement team to resolve material supply issues (e.g., delays, quality problems).
l??管理安全庫存策略,優化原材料庫存周轉率。
Manage safety stock strategies to optimize raw material inventory turnover.
2.???????生產主計劃與排程?(Master Production Scheduling & Production Planning)
l??根據銷售訂單、銷售預測、產能分析及物料可用性,制定和發布可行的主生產計劃(MPS)和詳細的生產日/周計劃。
Develop and release feasible Master Production Schedules (MPS) and detailed daily/weekly production schedules based on sales orders, sales forecasts, capacity analysis, and material availability.
l??將主生產計劃分解為車間/產線的具體生產訂單。
Decompose the MPS into specific production orders for workshops/production lines.
l??監控生產進度,識別潛在延誤或瓶頸(設備、人員、物料),協調相關部門(生產、工程、質量)解決問題,確保計劃按時完成。
Monitor production progress, identify potential delays or bottlenecks (equipment, manpower, materials), coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Engineering, Quality) to resolve issues and ensure on-time schedule adherence.
l??根據物料供應、設備故障、訂單變更等實際情況,及時調整生產計劃并溝通更新。
Adjust production plans promptly and communicate updates based on actual situations such as material supply, equipment breakdowns, order changes, etc.
l??平衡生產負荷,優化產能利用率。
Balance production load to optimize capacity utilization.
3. 銷售訂單分配 (Sales Order Allocation)

l??分析庫存數據,識別改進機會,提出降低庫存成本、減少呆滯料的建議。
Analyze inventory data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose suggestions to reduce inventory costs and minimize obsolete stock.
l??參與或主導庫存盤點工作。
Participate in or lead physical inventory counts.
5.???????跨部門協作與溝通?(Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication)
l??與銷售、采購、生產、倉儲物流、工程、質量等部門保持高效溝通與協作。
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehousing/Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and other departments.
l??及時向相關部門和上級匯報計劃執行情況、潛在風險和應對措施。
Report production plan execution status, potential risks, and countermeasures to relevant departments and management in a timely manner.
