Job Description – Rotating Equipment Quality Engineer (EPCIC Contractor)

崗位職責 / Key Responsibilities

負責動設備相關設備包（泵、壓縮機、驅動機、風機、燃氣輪機等）的質量管理工作，確保符合合同、國際標準和業主要求。
Responsible for the quality management of rotating equipment packages (pumps, compressors, drivers, fans, gas turbines, etc.) in compliance with contract requirements, international standards, and client specifications.

審核供應商的質量計劃（QCP）、檢驗與試驗計劃（ITP）、制造程序文件，并提出改進意見。
Review vendor Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and manufacturing procedures, and provide recommendations.

監督供應商制造過程中的關鍵工序，如裝配、對中、動平衡、焊接和熱處理。
Monitor critical processes during vendor fabrication such as assembly, alignment, balancing, welding, and heat treatment.

組織并參與關鍵工廠試驗（FAT），包括機械運轉試驗（MRT）、性能試驗、NPSH試驗、振動測試等，并確認檢驗記錄。
Organize and participate in critical Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), including Mechanical Run Tests (MRT), Performance Tests, NPSH Tests, and Vibration Tests, ensuring test records are complete and acceptable.

協調與供應商、第三方檢驗機構、船級社和業主代表的接口，確保質量活動按計劃執行。
Coordinate with vendors, third-party inspection agencies, classification societies, and client representatives to ensure quality activities are carried out as planned.

處理和跟蹤不合格報告（NCR），組織根因分析（RCA）和糾正預防措施（CAPA），確保閉環。
Manage and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), organize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure closure.

審核并確認制造記錄簿（MRB）、質保文件和證書的完整性，確保最終交付滿足要求。
Review and validate Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), quality dossiers, and certificates to ensure completeness for final delivery.

任職資格 / Qualifications

本科及以上學歷，機械工程、動設備工程、制造工程或相關專業。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Rotating Equipment Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.

10 年以上動設備質量管理或檢驗經驗，其中至少 5 年FLNG,FPSO,FPU EPC/EPCIC 項目經驗。
Minimum 10 years of experience in rotating equipment quality management or inspection, including at least 5 years in EPC/EPCIC projects for FLNG, FPSO, or FPU.

熟悉國際標準和規范（EU Directive,API 610/617, ASME VIII/IX, ISO, DNV, ABS 等），并有實際應用經驗。
Familiar with international standards and codes (EU Directive,API 610/617, ASME VIII/IX, ISO, DNV, ABS, etc.) with practical application experience.

有 FAT 組織和見證經驗，能獨立處理質量問題并與業主/第三方溝通。
Experienced in organizing and witnessing FATs, able to independently resolve quality issues and liaise with clients/third parties.

熟悉質量管理體系（ISO 9001）及供應商質量監督流程。
Good knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and vendor quality surveillance processes.

具備良好的英語讀寫與溝通能力，能夠編制和審核英文技術文件。
Proficiency in English (written and spoken), capable of preparing and reviewing technical documents in English.

崗位職責 / Key Responsibilities

負責靜設備材料和設備包（壓力容器、換熱器、塔器、分離器、儲罐等）的質量管理與監督，確保符合合同、標準和業主要求。
Responsible for the quality management and supervision of static equipment packages (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, separators, storage tanks, etc.) to ensure compliance with contracts, standards, and client requirements.

審核供應商質量計劃（QCP）、檢驗與試驗計劃（ITP）、制造工藝文件，并提出改進意見。
Review vendor Quality Control Plans (QCP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and fabrication procedures, and provide recommendations for improvement.

監督供應商制造過程中的關鍵工序，如焊接、熱處理、NDT、防腐涂裝等。
Monitor critical vendor fabrication processes such as welding, heat treatment, NDT, and coating.

任職資格 / Qualifications
