Main Responsibilities: 主要職責
- Coordinate with clients 與客戶協調
- Coordinate with relative disciplines for input/output 協調輸入/輸出的相關條理
- Lead process calculation such as: stoichiometric calculations, hydraulic column calculations pump hydraulic, line size, water hammer, PSV release capacity and size for fire case and restriction orifice etc. with Aspen Plus (mandatory)
領導工藝計算，如：化學計量計算、液壓柱計算液壓泵、管路尺寸、水擊、PSV釋放能力和防火箱和限制孔尺寸等。會使用Aspen Plus
- Responsible for process deliverable documents quality control: P&ID, Equipment list, Pipeline list, Safety device list, tie-in list;
負責工藝：可交付文件質量控制：PID、設備清單、管道清單、安全設備清單、附件清單
- Lead technic support of process equipment/package/special item (PSV, breath valve, flame arrestor etc.) procurement: datasheet & technic Spec, MRQ, TBE, MRP, technical clarifications with client & vendors & subcontractors, vendor drawing review and approval;
- 領導工藝技術在設備/包裝/特殊項目（PSV、呼吸閥、阻燃器等）。在采購：數據表、技術規范、MRQ、TBE、MRP、與客戶進行的技術澄清；供應商、分包商、供應商圖紙審查和批準；
- Responsible for authority approval meeting preparation, introduction and modification for Safety Device Volume, Occupational Disease Protection Volume; and General introduction volume and Cost Estimate.
負責編制安全裝置卷、職業病防護卷、介紹和修改；一般介紹卷和成本估算。
- Problem solution support for construction site
對施工現場的問題解決方案的支持
- Concept design for project, including ±10% Cost Estimate:
-項目概念設計，包括±10%成本估算
- Lead process concept design: process description, P&ID, process equipment list, pipeline list, safety device list, tie-in list, process datasheet and utility consumption, start-up procedures etc.
- 領導工藝流程概念設計：工藝描述、PID、設備清單、管道清單、安全設備清單、連接列表、數據表和公用事業消耗量、啟動程序等。
- Responsible for process quality and schedule control; 負責工藝質量和進度控制
- Technical clarifications with vendors & subcontractors, cost estimate support
- 與供應商進行的技術澄清，分包商，成本估算支持
- A revamping project, expansion or modification projects with ±10% Cost Estimation
對改造項目具有±10%成本估計、擴展或修改項目的能力

- Basic studies and professional experience recommended 基礎研究和專業經驗

- Process design experience in Engineering company recommended
有工程公司的工藝設計經驗
- Experience in piping design (piping layout with PDSOFT, piping material study etc.)
有管道設計經驗（采用PDSOFT的管道布局、管道材料研究等）
- Project proposal, Feasibility Study Report (FSR)
項目提案、可行性研究報告(FSR)的能力
- Project Application Report (PAR) 項目申請報告(PAR)
- Front End Engineering Design (FEED) 前端工程設計(FEED
- Basic Engineering Package (BEP) 基礎工程軟件包(BEP)
- China Preliminary Design Package (CPDP) 中國初步設計軟件包(CPDP)
- Detailed Engineering Design (DED), and site construction support etc.

- The process design experience mainly includes calculation for material and heat balance, equipment and pipes size;
工藝設計經驗主要包括材料和熱平衡、設備和管道尺寸的計算
- Development of PFD / PID / UID; 開發PFD/PID/UID
- Preparation of process specification, equipment list, pipeline list and datasheet, special piping fitting list;
編制工藝規范、設備清單、管道清單和數據表、專用管道配件清單；
- Pump hydraulic calculation, PSV & breathe valve calculation, flame arrestor and steam traps selection, stoichiometric calculations, hydraulic column calculations;
- 泵液壓計算、PSV、呼吸閥計算、阻燃器和蒸汽陷阱器選擇、化學計量計算、液壓柱計算；
- Procurement support with material requisition/specification (MRQ) /TBA/MRP;
- 對采購支持： 在材料要求/規格(MRQ)/TBA/MRP的理解；
- Vendor drawing review and approval; cost support, etc.
對供應商圖紙審核和批準、成本支持等
- Experience with HAZOP execution procedure
有HAZOP執行程序的經驗
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Codes & Standards 規范標準
o Knowledge of standards & codes regarding to process and piping design such as GB, HG, SH, ASME, API, NEC, DIN and so on
了解有關工藝和管道設計的標準和規范，如GB、HG、SH、ASME、API、NEC、DIN等
- Computer 計算機
o ProⅡ, Hysys, Aspen Flare System Analyzer or Aspen plus, HTRI, SPPID, MS office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D Plant, PDSOFT, Aspen to calculate
- Languages 語言
English 英語良好
