Description職位描述：
?Responsible for the overall calculation and design of HAVC systems in accordance with project requirements and client specifications and national codes, including but not limited to air-conditioning system, de-smoke systems and process exhaust systems, etc. 
據項目需求、業主技術規范和國家相關規范要求負責項目各階段的HVAC系統設計計算和圖紙設計工作，包括但不限空調系統、防排煙系統和工藝排氣系統等
?Lead the team to complete the detailed design of HVAC systems, review design drawings, technical parameters, and solve key technical problems in the design process;
帶領團隊完成 HVAC 系統詳細設計，審核設計圖紙和技術參數，并解決設計過程中的關鍵技術問題；
?Track cutting-edge HVAC technologies in the industry, promote technology optimization and application, and reduce project energy consumption and operation costs;
跟蹤行業前沿 HVAC 技術，推動技術優化與應用，降低項目能耗與運營成本；
?Leading and coordinating discipline interface;
主導和協調項目專業間界面提交及工作界面劃分等； 
?System shop drawing review & approval, technical submittal review & approval;
項目技術圖紙審核和批準、技術參數和樣本審核和批準等工作； 
?Project site construction schedule, quality and safety coordination;
協調項目施工、調試、進度、質量和安全工作；
Participate in the preparation of technical proposals for project bidding, provide professional technical support, and assist the business team in project negotiation;
參與項目招投標技術方案編制，提供專業技術支持，協助商務團隊完成項目洽談；

Requirements崗位要求：
?Bachelor degree or above in Heating Ventilation & Air conditioning engineering or relevant;
供熱通風與空調工程或相關專業本科或以上學歷；
?Over 10 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company;
在設計院或工程公司有超過10年工作經驗； 
?Semiconductor and/or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred; 
有半導體/制藥行業相關項目經驗者優先； 
?English working capability is preferred;
英文工作能力者優先；
?Familiar with CAD application;
能熟練操作運用CAD等繪圖軟件；
?Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and Carrier HAP software is preferred;
熟悉ASHRAE標注和HAP軟件者優先；
